Position: Full-time (100%)
About This Role:
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and partners (resellers, system and network integrators) for Anapaya. You will support the sales process from start to finish, including preparing offers and participating in trade events both domestically and internationally. You will work in a dynamic startup environment with immediate international expansion plans and rapid growth. You will execute sales programs to achieve our quarterly targets and provide support to customers and partners in the French-speaking region of Switzerland. You will also promote Anapaya solutions through our developing sales channel and work towards the end-to-end satisfaction of our customers, acting as a trusted advisor. You will also work closely with our partners to optimize the customer lifecycle and travel regionally to locations where our customers and partners are based.
Education/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a sales representative or specialist
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Fluency in French and English, German is a plus
- In-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas: telecom/networking, network as a service, software as a service, and/or system integration
- Motivation and enjoyment in sales activities
- Proficiency in using sales and collaboration tools such as CRM (e.g. Hubspot), Google Office, MS Teams, and Zoom
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
